A Recap of the Annual Sharing Day held in May:

The NJOD Annual Sharing Day conference is amongst the largest OD conference events in the country. It's an extremely informative event filled with presentations, keynote speakers and unlimited networking opportunities.

This year, 256 attendees participated in learning sessions, workshops and a panel discussions in the areas of human capital management, advances in executive coaching, OD theory and practice, strategic communications, effective tools/methodologies in change management, diversity, women in the field of OD, sustainability, OD education and training, corporate learning, career transitions, transformation change and talent management.  And as a special gift, all attendees received a copy of Marshall Goldsmith's new book: Mojo: How to Get It, How to Keep It, How to Get It Back if You Lose It!
